Stoke City Football Club now operate a strict player's tunnel policy and anyone requiring a Tunnel Pass should state the request in the initial accreditation submission.

Anyone wishing to be added to the Press Release list should also email media@stokecityfc.com.

PRE-MATCH

To pick up your car park pass prior to a game, please report to the steward at the lay-by opposite Greens Fitness Centre and the Bristol Street Ford garage. The lay-by is also opposite the Away Supporters' South Stand. You will be then issued a Trent Car Park pass, which is signposted. The Trent Car Park is only a short walk from the stadium.

Photographers should then report to the red gate between the South Stand and the Administration block where they will be issued a bib and allowed entry into the Britannia Stadium.

Press & Media should report to the Ticket Office Collection Window at least an hour before kick-off to collect their passes.

Entry to the stadium is made from turnstiles 1 & 2 of the West Stand Lower Tier and the Press Room is on the First Floor. You will need to sign in as you enter. Matchday Magazine's and Stat Packs are available from here too.

Please note - if you intend to leave an unattended bag or holdall in the Press Room or the Press Box for any length of time kindly inform one of the stewards on duty beforehand. This is to prevent any unnecessary security alerts.

FACILITIES

The Press Room is situated on Level 1 of the West Stand where a selection of hot drinks, sandwiches and soup are available from 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Food is also available at half-time on a first come first served basis.

The Press Box is situated on Level 3 of the West Stand where Chief Media Steward Les Scarrett is on hand to help out with any requests from the media.

Team sheets are made available in both the Press Room and the Press Box prior to kick-off.

A limited number of ISDN lines are available and any requests for one should be made with the initial accreditation request.

Members of the media should also note that wireless internet access is not available in the Press Box at the Britannia Stadium.

POST-MATCH

Both Tony Pulis and the visiting manager will be brought to the Press Room after the game.

A Stoke City player will also attend, with requests being made through Les Scarrett before the full-time whistle.

The Press Room will normally be closed two hours after the final whistle for a weekend match and 90 minutes after the final whistle for an evening game.
