The Stoke City Supporters Club Annual General Meeting is to take place at the Tollgate Hotel & Leisure Centre tonight.

The event takes starts at 7.00pm and all paid-up members are eligible to attend but should bring along their membership cards to gain admission.

As well as the usual AGM business the Supporters Club were due to unveil Rory Delap as the new Club President for the 2007/08 Season and involve him in a half-hour 'question & answer' session. 

However, Rory Delap has informed them that he will more than likely NOT be able to attend the AGM after all.

Apparently he has been due to move house all summer but this has been delayed for various reasons and is now scheduled for today! Our apologies on Rory's behalf.
