While the African Cup of Nations kicked off yesterday with Ghana's 2-1 victory over Guinea, tonight sees Mali begin their campaign with a clash against Benin.

And City striker Mamady Sidibe looks set to be handed a start in Sekondi-Takoradi later this evening.

The game, which follows Nigeria's match against Ivory Coast will be screened live on both BBC Interactive and Eurosport from 7:15pm.
