Ryan's Rallying Call
Ryan Shawcross has issued a war cry to the fans as the Potters continue to battle for automatic promotion.
The City defender believes that the players need the fans now more than ever for the remaining four league fixtures.
And speaking exclusively to stokecityfc.com ahead of the clash at Coventry tomorrow, Shawcross said, "We've never had a better chance for promotion.
"We need everyone to stay with us and give us the great support that we've had all season."
The England Under 21 international insists that the Potters have not got what they deserved from the last two games but if they keep concentrating and pushing hard they can still achieve their goal.
"We played well and created enough chances to win the last two games twice over.
"If we continue to play that way then we will get our reward.
"The fans have been brilliant this season and we hope they can keep it up right until the end."
The million pound centre half is also hoping for a recall to the starting line up ahead of the trip to the Ricoh Arena, stating, "All I can do is keep doing well in training and try to impress the manager.
"I'm sure he will do what he thinks is best for the team."
