City striker Mamady Sidibe helped himself to the joint-highest individual match score of the week in the Actim Index, the official player ratings system of the Coca-Cola Championship.

The Malians return of 51 points in the 2-1 victory of promotion rivals Bristol City was his best return of the campaign, his brace of goals keeping promotion to the Premier League firmly in the clubs own hands.

It also saw the Mali international climb into 126th position in the current standings, making him Stoke's eighth highest ranked player.

Liam Lawrence remains top in the Index as the season reaches its climax, his score of 671 points leaving him 27 points clear of closest challenger, West Brom striker Kevin Phillips.

Analysis of all Championship games is taking place throughout the season and so far the top five Stoke players are:

Liam Lawrence (Ranked first in the Championship) 671 points.
Ryan Shawcross (Ranked 12th in the Championship) 546 points.
Leon Cort (Ranked 14th in the Championship) 544 points.
Ricardo Fuller (Ranked 18th in the Championship) 526 points.
Richard Cresswell (Ranked 24th in the Championship) 516 points.

Sidibe will face a late fitness test ahead of tomorrow's crucial clash against Colchester at Layer Road after injuring his leg last weekend.

The Actim Index is calculated using a unique mathematical formula that rates each player's contribution be it goals, shots, passes, dribbles, tackles, crosses, saves, clearances, blocks, interceptions, assists, clean sheets, time on the pitch or number of points gained by the team with marks deducted for red and yellow cards.
