City midfielder Rory Delap embarks on the final journey of his three-day sponsored bike ride today.

Delap has been raising money for local charity the Donna Louise Trust and by the time he's completed his journey from Whitehaven to Tyne Mouth today he will have clocked up 172 miles.

Over £1,500 has already been donated online by friends and supporters with more time still available to add to the cause.
