Role: Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Executive
Responsible to: Head of Sales

This is an exciting opportunity to work for Stoke City Football Club in a growing and successful commercial department. The Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of selling & managing advertising & sponsorship. They will help build a strong client base with credible companies and the role will encompass account management, cold calling, business development and corporate hospitality.

You must have a proven sales track record, preferably from an advertising background, be highly motivated, a team player, great enthusiasm and energy, quick thinker and work well in a pressurised environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established sales person to really excel within a fast paced organisation and also join the club at a very exciting time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*To sell & manage all clubs Advertising & Sponsorship products including:
*Perimeter & ground board advertising.
*Matchday magazine advertising.
*Concourse advertising.
*Scoreboard advertising.
*Teamsheet advertising.
*Website advertising.
*Wall Planner.
*Desk pads,
*Fixture Card.
*Lottery tickets.
*Lottery result sheets.
*Washroom advertising
*Matchday promotions.
*Season ticket wallet.
*Season ticket brochure.
*Corporate ticket wallet.
*Special projects

*Achieve set budgets as agreed with Head of Sales.
*To actively seek new business against agreed targets.
*To manage existing relationships always striving to go that extra mile.
To complete all administration of bookings/sale.
*Attend all match days.

Experience:

*Minimum 2 years sales experience.
*Professional & well presented.
*PC literate, email, internet & Microsoft Office.
*Persuasive, self motivated networker.

During the incredibly busy festive period the Stoke City Retail Department are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to take up a number of seasonal roles.

Successful candidates must be able to work at either the City Centre or Stadium location and, due to the demands of Christmas, must be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

The role requires self motivated and enthusiastic people with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential. All necessary training will be given.
